Stéphane Vincent has more than 25 years of experience as a senior human resources executive. In that capacity, he has acquired in-depth knowledge of the distribution, retail, high-tech, services, and manufacturing sectors. He was also Vice-President of Executive Search at an important recruiting firm. As Owner and Managing Partner of Glasford International Canada, he has worked on more than 300 projects for middle management and senior executive recruitment. He holds a BA in Political Science as well as an M. Sc. in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.

Guy Larivière has over 38 years of experience, of which 20 are in executive roles for international manufacturers operating in the food, health & beauty, and pharmaceutical industries and 18 years as an executive recruiter having served as vice-president - executive search and managing partner for several major recruiting firms. Guy has been involved on the board of directors of Glasford International as Marketing Director and Chairman for the last 8 years. He also co-founded Glasford International Canada 11 years ago. He has carried out over 400 searches recruiting c-level and senior-level executives. Guy Larivière holds a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from McGill University and is a career coach member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

With a diploma in Human Resources from Université de Montréal Louise McMillan has more than 25 years of experience as a human resources generalist in the field of professional services. She has held positions as Director of Human Resources and has been a member of management committees for well-known legal and insurance firms. She had the responsibility of implementing and managing HR programs as to guide and further the HR strategy of the company. She joined the Glasford International Canada team in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Nancy has a background in social work and over 25 years of experience in managing and coordinating human capital projects. She has worked in psychometric firms, including more than 10 years with executive recruiters, where she held roles as a researcher and later as a talent acquisition consultant. Her expertise spans multiple industries, particularly in executive search mandates. With strong analytical skills, she accurately identifies the best-suited profiles for her clients' needs. Thanks to her relationship-focused approach, she builds strong and lasting connections with both candidates and clients. In addition to her recruitment functions, she is a member of the marketing organizing committee for an international network and has contributed to the development of digital marketing in Canada.
She also spent four years in the public and parapublic sectors, holding positions in administration and human resources.
Human, professional, and creative, Nancy stands out for her ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and the talent she supports.
