Mission

Build and manage an efficient operational model that focuses on scalability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the president, the candidate will be responsible for planning and managing all sites of operations and leading the development of processes, methods and working tools.

Specific tasks

Drive Operational Excellence Across All Sites: Establish world-class manufacturing practices and ensure consistent performance, quality, and cost discipline across production facilities in all regions.

Lead the Operational Integration of Acquisitions: Serve as the operational lead for post-merger integration, ensuring effective alignment of people, systems, and processes to realize synergies and minimize disruption.

Strengthen Engineering and Project Execution: Standardize project governance, resource planning, and execution methodologies to deliver on-time, on-budget, and within-scope client and internal projects.

Optimize Global Supply Chain and Procurement: Develop and implement a global sourcing and logistics strategy to increase resilience, reduce cost, and support scalability.

Elevate After-Sales Service Performance: Develop and implement a global sourcing and logistics strategy to increase resilience, reduce cost, and support scalability.

Accelerate Product Development and Time-to-Market: Lead the implementation of robust product development processes that enable faster innovation, alignment with customer needs, and efficient industrialization.

Foster a Scalable, Performance-Oriented Culture.

Cultivate a cohesive operational culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all departments and international locations.

Guide the choice and development of business processes and work methods and support their implementation.

Evaluate and manage changes in the business processes with the services.

Collaborate in product development projects, evaluate their impact and integrate them into operations.

Education & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of business management
  • 15+ years of experience in a similar position

Core managerial competencies

  • Recognized for having excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listeners with the ability to clearly understand customer objectives and needs
  • Ambassador in promoting corporate culture and values
  • Experience in setting up organizational structure and functioning
  • Solid understanding of the products of the business unit, their specifications, options and operation
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Experience in production planning
  • Live order process management
  • Has experience in developing procurement strategies
  • Has worked in collaboration with sales in developing clients and markets
  • Must have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable and familiar with quality control process and standards
  • Track records in setting KPI’ for business performance evaluation
  • Experience in budget planning and follow-up.
