Position Roles and Responsibilities

Residential Project Design (condominium or rental)

  • Identify project requirements in terms of unit typology, common areas, parking, and overall features;
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to approve unit/floor plans and determine finishing materials;
  • Develop unit pricing.

Marketing and Sales/Leasing

  • Define and implement the sales/leasing strategy for all Groupe Devimco projects (per function: sales or leasing, not both);
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to establish project branding and visibility strategy;
  • Develop project launch visibility and event strategies;
  • Define target customer personas in collaboration with architecture and marketing teams;
  • Adapt sales/leasing strategies based on competitive market analyses (per function: sales or leasing, not both);
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members in collaboration with the sales/leasing manager (per function: sales or leasing, not both);
  • Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Finance department;
  • Set sales/leasing timelines per project and monitor progress with the Residential Sales/Leasing Manager (per function: sales or leasing, not both);
  • Maintain an on-site presence with teams both at headquarters and at various sales offices;
  • Ensure client satisfaction through to the closing of the sale/lease;
  • Approve and sign sales contracts (per function: sales only, not leasing);
  • Participate in the implementation of the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other relevant education;
  • Collège de l'Immobilier du Québec training and/or related field is an asset.

Required Experience

  • 7–10 years in sales management of real estate properties, specifically multi-unit condominiums;
  • Over 5 years of experience managing sales teams in the real estate sector;
  • Experience in luxury rental housing is a strong asset.

Technical and IT Skills

  • Experience in real estate;
  • Team management;
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies;
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Excel;
  • CRM use (Microsoft Dynamics), strong asset;
  • Maestro, HOPEM, SenSaaS: considered assets.

Interview Process

  • First interview with Glasford International Canada recruitment firm;
  • Second interview with the HR Director and the Director – Residential Projects;
  • Third interview with a partner of the company;
